Weekly Cleaning Services

It is better to be in your pool than working on your pool.

Weekly cleaning and water balancing will make your pool a joy to own and use. Using our service means that your pool is ready for you, even if you have had 101 other things to do.

With our weekly cleaning services, we will visit your pool on a predetermined day once a week to perform the following services:

  • Chemical Service

    We provide the necessary sanitizer for the pool each week, as well as monitoring and adjusting the pH level, if needed. Algaecide, phosphorus treatments and enzymes may be recommended based on the conditions of your pool.

  • Test Water For Correct Chemical Amount

    We will test for proper sanitizer levels, pH, calcium, and total alkalinity. Keeping these readings in the correct range will protect your finish, equipment and skin and eyes.

  • Brush Tile

    This is essential to preventing algae growth, scum line formation and calcium buildup at the water line.

  • Vacuum Pool And Spa

    Doing this weekly will keep your water clear and your sanitizer working to its fullest potential. We use a portable vacuum system which draws the debris into its own bag and not into your filter.

  • Pump And Skimmer Basket

    We will empty these each week. There are times of the year that you will need to do it also, maybe even every day. There must be adequate water flow to your pump in order to filter the water properly and to protect the pump, as well.

  • Inspect Equipment

    We inspect the pump, filter and filter media each week. This enables us to find potential problems before they become uncorrectable. We can also recommend more efficient replacement equipment should the need arise.

Our weekly cleaning service includes the chemicals. This includes all normal chemicals for sanitization, pH and alkalinity control. Emergency Cleaning Services

Under normal conditions, a well-cared-for swimming pool should never need emergency cleaning services. However, if you have chemical imbalances or faulty equipment, then any pool can “go green” in a hurry, especially in a hot Florida summer. When that happens, you’ll need an expert to respond quickly.

We have extensive experience restoring pools anywhere from “slight cloudiness” to a full-blown swamp. No matter how large or small the job, we’ll be happy to provide a quick estimate free of charge, and get started on the recovery process right away.

In some cases, it may only take a calculated chemical treatment and a filter cleaning & inspection for us to get your water clear again. In more extreme cases, it may be necessary for our technicians to drain the pool, remove leftover debris and algae, and then pressure wash and/or acid wash the entire pool as needed. Once the pool has been refilled, we will replenish the chemicals and restore the filters to proper operating conditions.
